Coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced emergency department. Responsibilities include performing assessments, administering treatments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requires a degree from an accredited School of Nursing and a current Idaho Registered Nurse license. BLS certification is required, while ACLS, TNCC, PALS, and NRP certifications are preferred or required within one year.

The Emergency Department Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency care setting. The RN provides assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, patient education, and care coordination while collaborating with providers and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
This role requires strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, adaptability, and the ability to respond confidently to rapidly changing patient conditions.
The RN functions within the Nursing Professional Practice Model and supports excellence in patient care through leadership, teamwork, and evidence-based practice.
