Candidates must hold a Medical Assistant Diploma and be a Certified Medical Assistant. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required, along with a willingness to travel to various sites in Texas.
A PCS2 (Patient Care Specialist) float contributes to AHF by providing hands-on care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Your contribution as a PCS2 float is essential in providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients, contributing to the overall well-being of individuals and communities. Remember, every small act of care makes a big difference!
A PCS2 float enhances the reputation of AHF by providing multifunctional quality patient care and collaborating as a team at assigned Healthcare Centers as directed by the Regional Nursing Director. Providing patient education, accuracy in patient documentation, competency in Nursing Procedures, and leadership support as needed.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders. The PCS2 float will work as a part of a close-knit team to ensure adherence to protocols.
