We are seeking highly qualified, part- and full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). The ideal candidates will have senior living experience (e.g., long-term care, assisted living, memory support) and a passion for working with an elderly population.

Follow individualized care plans and promptly report changes in resident condition to nursing staff. Provide direct personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and oral hygiene. Assist with ADLs while promoting resident independence and dignity. Obtain and document vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other required clinical observations. Support restorative nursing programs including positioning, mobility support, passive range of motion, and skin care. Assist residents with safe transfers, ambulation, and use of mobility equipment using proper body mechanics. Provide emotional support and engage residents in social, cognitive, and recreational activities. Ensure resident safety, including fall prevention and monitoring of high-risk residents. Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers, transportation, and end-of-life/post-mortem care per policy. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards. Communicate effectively with nursing staff, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families. Follow infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies at all times. Participate in training, in-services, and team meetings. Perform other duties as assigned in support of resident care and community operations. **Sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates**
High school diploma or GED required. Current CNA certification in the Commonwealth of Virginia and CPR/First Aid certification required. Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience; long-term care or CCRC experience preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records, and medical equipment/supplies. Experience working in a CCRC, skilled nursing, or assisted living environment preferred. Understanding of person-centered care and supporting residents across levels of care. Ability to work effectively with older adults in independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing settings. Strong communication skills for interacting with residents, families, and interdisciplinary care teams. Positive, engaging demeanor with a commitment to resident dignity and quality of life. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and promptly. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and other mobility activities. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts in a 24/7 environment.
