$75K sign on bonus! PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

● MINIMUM of 2 - 4 years of Clinical Experience, post-residency ● DDS or DMD from an accredited university, active CT license in good standing, and active/in process DEA license ● Proficient in Extractions a plus ● Root Canal experience preferred ● Ethical patient-centric provider ● Coachable, Team-Oriented ● Great work ethic, motivated for success
