This position focuses on helping patients improve strength, mobility, balance, movement quality, and daily function. You will work with patients across a wide age range, from adolescents to older adults, treating primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and identify physical therapy needs Create individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis, goals, and function Treat orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical needs, and mobility concerns Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, balance training, mobility work, and functional rehab Monitor progress and update care plans when appropriate Educate patients on home exercises, recovery expectations, and safe movement strategies Document evaluations, treatment notes, and progress updates in WebPT Work with PTAs and clinical team members to support consistent care Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills Comfortable treating patients across different ages and activity levels Insurance Plans Accepted Patients are covered through several insurance providers, including: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Step into a Physical Therapist role that gives you clinical variety, schedule flexibility, and room to keep growing.
