Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW | Full-Time Telehealth Role in Kentucky Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW in Kentucky for a full-time remote telehealth position supporting clients through secure online therapy sessions. In this role, you will provide clinical counseling, assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and help individuals work through challenges related to anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, trauma, relationships, and daily functioning. This position is a strong fit for an LCSW who is comfortable working independently, values clear clinical documentation, and wants to provide meaningful mental health support in a structured telehealth setting.

Responsibilities

Provide remote individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform Complete clinical assessments and gather relevant client history Create treatment plans based on client needs, symptoms, goals, and progress Use appropriate evidence-based therapy approaches within your scope of practice Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when clinically appropriate Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation Identify safety concerns and follow proper crisis response and reporting procedures Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA and telehealth best practices Stay current with Kentucky LCSW practice standards and continuing education requirements Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW license in Kentucky Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Minimum of 1 year of clinical counseling or therapy experience preferred Experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or diverse client populations Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and online documentation tools Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and time management Ability to work independently while following clinical and ethical guidelines Must have a private, professional remote workspace and reliable internet connection $115,000–$120,000 per year Full-time remote position Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Telehealth-based role with no in-office requirement Supportive clinical structure and administrative resources If you are a Kentucky-licensed LCSW looking for a stable full-time telehealth role, we would be glad to review your background and discuss the next step in your clinical career.
