Remote Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) | Maryland Telehealth Role Location: Maryland Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to provide remote mental health counseling services to clients across Maryland. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, assess their needs, create treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy that supports emotional stability, coping skills, behavioral change, and overall mental wellness. This position is ideal for a Maryland-licensed counselor who enjoys meaningful clinical work, values consistent client care, and is comfortable providing therapy in a virtual setting. You will work with clients managing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, grief, life transitions, and other behavioral health needs.
Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform Complete clinical assessments and gather relevant client history Develop treatment plans based on each client’s symptoms, goals, and progress Use appropriate counseling methods such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, or other evidence-based approaches Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record Monitor client safety, risk factors, and changes in mental health status Collaborate with internal clinical staff when additional support or care coordination is needed Follow Maryland telehealth guidelines, HIPAA standards, and ethical counseling practices Support clients in building coping skills, emotional awareness, and healthier daily patterns Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field Active Maryland LCPC license in good standing Previous experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or diverse client populations Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms Strong documentation, assessment, and treatment planning skills Knowledge of HIPAA, clinical ethics, and state counseling regulations Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency $115,000–$120,000 per year Full-time remote position 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Monday–Friday schedule No commute Supportive clinical environment Stable caseload structure If you are a Maryland-licensed LCPC looking for a full-time telehealth role with steady hours, strong pay, and meaningful clinical work, we welcome you to submit your resume for consideration.
