Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) | Indiana Telehealth Role Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Indiana. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, help them work through relationship challenges, family stressors, communication issues, life transitions, and emotional concerns, and provide steady clinical support through evidence-based care. Responsibilities

Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using a secure telehealth system Assess client concerns and develop treatment plans based on clinical needs and goals Support clients with relationship conflict, family dynamics, stress, anxiety, grief, parenting concerns, and major life changes Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation after each session Use appropriate therapeutic approaches such as family systems therapy, CBT-informed care, solution-focused therapy, or other evidence-based methods Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when needed Follow ethical, legal, and HIPAA standards for remote behavioral health services Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Indiana Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field Must be able to practice independently in Indiana Prior experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions $115,000–$120,000 per year Full-time position Remote / telehealth work setting Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Take the next step in your LMFT career with a full-time remote role that allows you to provide meaningful care while working from a structured, professional telehealth setting.
