Physical Therapist | Full-Time Orthopedic Rehabilitation Role Raymore, MO | Outpatient Orthopedics | New Graduates Welcome Role Overview We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient orthopedic position in Raymore, MO.
This role is centered on helping patients recover from orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions through evaluation, treatment planning, skilled therapy, education, and progress monitoring.
The clinic treats patients ages 11 to 90 and sees a wide range of needs, including pain, limited mobility, weakness, balance concerns, movement restrictions, post-injury recovery, and return-to-activity goals.

Compensation New Graduate Physical Therapist: $65,000–$70,000 per year Experienced Physical Therapist: $80,000–$90,000 per year, based on years of experience What This Position Offers Full-Time Physical Therapist position Competitive salary based on experience New graduates are encouraged to apply Collaborative and supportive clinical team Modern outpatient orthopedic setting Opportunity for professional growth and development Primary caseload of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Documentation through WebPT Preferred Work Schedule Options The clinic offers flexibility and would strongly prefer one of the following: Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days Preferred Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday off each week Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Clinic Snapshot Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits per week Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants EMR System: WebPT Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Core Duties Evaluate patients and determine appropriate physical therapy needs Build treatment plans based on diagnosis, patient goals, mobility needs, and clinical assessment Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using appropriate therapy interventions Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, balance work, and functional rehab Teach patients home programs and safe movement strategies Review progress and update plans of care based on patient response Maintain accurate clinical documentation through WebPT Work with PTAs and clinical staff to support consistent patient care Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, but not required Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work with patients across a wide age range and varied orthopedic needs Insurance Plans Accepted The clinic serves patients covered by: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO 8 Paid US Holidays CEU Allowance Sign-On Bonus Available Join a clinic where you can provide skilled outpatient care, build your orthopedic experience, and support patients through meaningful functional progress.
