The caseload includes orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, with patients ranging from 11 to 90 years old. Responsibilities

Perform initial evaluations and follow-up assessments Identify patient goals, physical limitations, pain concerns, and movement needs Create treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, manual therapy, strengthening, and functional rehabilitation Help patients build better movement patterns and daily function Review progress and update care plans as needed Provide home exercise instruction and patient education Maintain accurate records and progress notes in WebPT Communicate with PTAs and other clinic staff to support treatment continuity Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills Comfortable treating patients across different ages and activity levels Insurance Plans Accepted Patients are covered through several insurance providers, including: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Step into a Physical Therapist role that gives you clinical variety, schedule flexibility, and room to keep growing.
