The role involves conducting comprehensive patient assessments and managing acute and chronic health conditions within women's health services. Key duties include performing Colposcopy and LEEP procedures and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and APPs.
Candidates must hold an active Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant license and be board-certified. An associate degree in nursing or physician assistant studies is required, with strong clinical experience in Ob/Gyn preferred.

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions Provide counseling and education to patients regarding health maintenance Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members regarding patient care Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner Administer treatments and prescriptions as needed Participate in quality improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and guidelines
Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant license Associate degree in nursing, physician assistant studies, or a related field Strong clinical skills and experience in Ob/Gyn preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement Basic proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
No call requirement
Setting: Outpatient
Average Daily Volume: 20-22 patients
Appointments: 30 minutes for new patients, 15 minutes for follow-ups
Annual visits, postpartum visits, abnormal uterine bleeding, post-menopausal bleeding, and non-complex ovarian cysts
Procedures Required: Colposcopy and LEEP procedures, routine GYN
Team Structure: 27 MDs, 9 APPs
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
