Responsibilities

Meet with clients virtually for scheduled therapy appointments Gather clinical information during intake and ongoing sessions Identify treatment needs related to mental health, emotional stress, relationships, trauma history, or life transitions Prepare treatment plans that reflect the client’s goals and clinical presentation Provide therapy using appropriate clinical methods based on client needs Review progress over time and update goals when needed Complete session notes, assessments, and treatment updates in a timely manner Respond appropriately to risk concerns, crisis indicators, or mandated reporting situations Protect client privacy and maintain a professional telehealth environment Work within Kentucky LCSW scope of practice and organizational care standards Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW license in Kentucky Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Minimum of 1 year of clinical counseling or therapy experience preferred Experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or diverse client populations Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and online documentation tools Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and time management Ability to work independently while following clinical and ethical guidelines Must have a private, professional remote workspace and reliable internet connection $115,000–$120,000 per year Full-time remote position Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Telehealth-based role with no in-office requirement Supportive clinical structure and administrative resources If you are ready to bring your LCSW experience into a full-time remote therapy role serving Kentucky clients, we invite you to send your resume for review.
