Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice Minimum of 1 year of urgent care, emergency medicine, or family practice experience Ability to independently assess, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills Proficiency with EMR systems Current DEA registration and BLS/ACLS certification preferred
