The LPN provides direct patient care and utilizes the nursing process to promote recovery and functional improvement. Responsibilities include performing daily assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, quality care.
Candidates must have completed an LPN program from an accredited school and hold a current Kentucky LPN license. CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required upon hire.
