The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for identifying cardiopulmonary dysfunction and providing critical ventilatory support and diagnostic procedures. They manage artificial airways, administer therapeutic gases, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide care for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients.
Candidates must be a Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist with Massachusetts state licensure and BLS certification. NRP certification is required within six months of hire, and at least one year of critical care experience is preferred.
