Corewell Health is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for this opportunity!
Sign-On Bonus for External applicants or current CHW MA Apprentice Students only About the Practice Adult diabetes management, including education, medication management, and coordination of care for complex chronic conditions.
Including gender dysphoria.

Scope of work As a Medical Assistant with Corewell Health, you'll be a member of our clinical support team and work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of the best possible care.
