- We are looking for an Occupational Therapist, Float, to join our rehabilitation team.
- Our OT’s plan, implement and evaluate patient care programs designed to increase, maintain, or restore function, minimize, or prevent disability and assist patients in reaching their maximum performance levels.
- The position is full-time, will include traveling/floating to multiple outpatient clinics including Naperville, Oak Brook, Westchester, Chicago and Park Ridge.
- The ideal candidate will need to be flexible to travel to all clinic sites as needed for coverage.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Evaluates patient and gathers appropriate information to determine accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plan.
- Establishes appropriate, functional and objective goals based upon clinical examination.
- Devise detailed treatment and care plans for patients.
- Provides exceptional patient care and service.
- The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in positive and respectful working relationships.
- Cultivate relationships with patients and the community.
- Provide continuous communication with referring physicians and other referral sources to ensure a consistent level of care.
- Maintain patient charts, clinical logs and checklists necessary for compliance.
- Maintains patient confidentiality with regard to medical records per company policies and procedures and assures compliance with all HIPAA guidelines.
- Communicates well in a professional setting.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s, Masters or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Current State of Illinois license required
- Newly licensed grads interested in hand therapy welcomed, but must have at least a Level 2 fieldwork placement in hands.
- CPR Certified

Pay Range
- $ 80,000 - $100,000 annualized. Compensation at MOR is determined by many factors, which may include but are not limited to, job-related skills and level of experience, education, certifications, geographic location, market data and internal equity. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
