The RN is responsible for coordinating nursing care, including direct patient care, education, and transitions of care within the Emergency Department. They are accountable for planning, implementing, and evaluating all phases of nursing care while providing leadership through mentoring and quality improvement.
Candidates must have a current RN license, BLS competency, and at least one year of experience in an ED or ICU setting. A baccalaureate nursing degree is required, though associate degree holders may be hired if they commit to completing a BSN within five years.
This role is eligible for TN sponsorship.
