The Master’s Level Rostered Psychotherapist will provide mental health treatment to children in the Southern-Central Vermont area. This position will work with individuals dealing with a variety of mental health disorders on a number of psychological assessments and therapeutic techniques, while participating on interdisciplinary treatment teams. Based on their needs and preferences, each client will receive an individualized treatment plan. The goals of the treatment are to develop emotional communication/ stress management skills, mend past relationships, and build a support system within the community.

Maintain accurate and organized client records, progress notes, and treatment documentation.
Facilitate referral to alternative or additional providers as clinically appropriate.
Clearly communicate the social work role with healthcare team and actively participate in team planning for patient care.

$5000.00 Sign on bonus - Paid 50% at one year employment and 50% at second year employment .
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related Human Services field and a valid Rostered Psychotherapist license in the State of Vermont. Candidates must be proficient in EMR systems and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
