Salary
$31 - $60 / HOUR
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care, assessments, and medication administration for medically fragile children and young adults in their homes. Coordinate with families and providers to implement physician-ordered plans of care and ensure patient safety.
Must hold an active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in New Mexico. While pediatric or high-acuity experience is preferred, new graduates are welcome and will receive training.
Required: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (New Mexico) Ability to provide care in a home setting Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills Preferred: Pediatric or home health experience Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube) New Graduate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) Welcome – Training Provided!
