• How you’ll make an impact in this role Expertly position patients and select optimal exposure factors to produce high-quality diagnostic images while minimizing the need for retakes.
• Administer contrast media and medications in strict accordance with state and federal regulations, ensuring rigorous adherence to radiation safety protocols (ALARA).
• Execute seamless data management by verifying lead markers and patient history prior to PACS submission, maintaining a 100% accuracy rate for digital records.
• Monitor patient stability during complex procedures, identifying and reporting abnormal physiological responses to ensure immediate intervention when necessary.
• Oversee equipment integrity through routine performance checks and "lock-out/tag-out" safety procedures, while maintaining a sterile and organized clinical environment.
