Job Description
Role Overview: The TMS Technician provides direct care to patients undergoing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services. This position will offer the opportunity to provide patient care with a breakthrough treatment modality for the treatment of depression. We are seeking an individual that will be trained to administer in office therapeutic treatments under the direction of our Physician. This individual’s primary responsibility will be to administer and manage the specific clinical services, interact regularly with patients, and additional office administrative tasks when time provides.

Responsibilities: Follows standard assessment protocols for procedures Assumes responsibility and accountability for individual patient care judgments and actions Performs procedures according to established standards Maintains competency in TMS Documents patient responses specific to the procedure provided Attends treatment care conferences to assist with the discussion and planning of patient care Provides for the care, welfare, safety and security of the patient Participates in, and follows all scheduling guidelines, taking into account staffing needs of the center to ensure delivery of high quality patient care Assists with the development and interpretation of departmental and institutional policies and procedures Provides services with respect for human dignity and uniqueness, unrestricted by considerations of social or economic status, personal attributes or the nature of the health problems Assures that an ethical framework has been used when making decisions for or acting on behalf of the patients
Skills &
