Job Description

Provide secretarial and administrative support for staff and the department. Coordinate workflow and projects in the department to enable staff to address issues in their respective areas of responsibility with minimal concern for clerical duties.

Qualifications

High school graduate with emphasis on business/computer courses. Minimum of two years experience in the office setting using excellent communication and public relations skills; handling multiple tasks and interruptions. Experience using Word 97 for Windows and graphics, spreadsheet and data presentation software systems.

Salary Range
