• Current Available Positions: Direct Care Worker: Specifically Full-Time 1st shift | Time: 7:00am - 3:00pm availability Direct Care Worker: Specifically Full-time 2nd shift | Time: 4:00pm - 12:00am availability Direct Care Worker: Specifically Full-Time 3rd shift | Time: 12:00am - 8:00am availability Date of Open Interviews: Monday - Friday from 10:00am - 3:00pm Location: 24485 Orchard Lake Road Farmington Hills, MI 48336 Arrive with: Resume, Driver's License, & Social Security Card Position Overview: As a Direct Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily living activities, facilitating participation in planned activities, and promoting their independence.
• Key Responsibilities: Monitor and assist clients with daily activities and personal care.
• Implement treatment plans as directed by the Group Home Manager.
• Accurately document client behaviors and responses.
• Administer medications in accordance with established protocols.
• Provide safe transportation for clients to various activities.
• Participate in household maintenance and upkeep as required.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in direct care or related fields preferred by not required. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Successful completion of a criminal background check and reference verification is mandatory. Must be at least 21 years of age.
