Schedule / Shift Details

Day, evening, and overnight shifts available Weekday and weekend shifts available Hours assigned based on client needs and caregiver availability

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with personal care including hygiene support and mobility assistance Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Monitor client safety and report any changes in condition Follow infection control procedures and care plan protocols Provide transportation for appointments and activities (when applicable) Perform light housekeeping and laundry Remind clients to take medication Clock in/out and document all tasks accurately

Qualifications

Current CHHA or HHA certification through the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) required Must be listed in good standing on the Oklahoma Home Health Aide Registry Prior experience in home care preferred High school diploma or GED preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license; proof of insurance if required for client transport Dependable and compassionate with a genuine passion for helping others Must be authorized to work in the United States Physical Requirements
