PM - 7:00 AM) Every Other Thursday and Sunday + Rotating Holidays Hillview Terrace is seeking a compassionate and dependable Resident Assistant to join our dedicated Assisted Living team. In this role, you’ll support our residents in a warm, person‑centered, home‑like environment while helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life. What You’ll Do
Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities
Administer medications using the “Five Rights” and support treatment needs
Help during mealtimes, including food prep, supervision, and following diet plans
Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure resident safety at all times
Follow individualized service plans and document care accurately
Observe and report changes in resident condition
Support recreational and social programming to help residents stay engaged

Experience as a Resident Assistant (RCAC or CBRF) preferred
CBRF employees must be listed on the WI CBRF Registry with completion of required DHS 83 courses
Experience with geriatric, developmentally disabled, or mentally ill individuals preferred
Ability to follow directions, provide quality care, and work effectively with diverse individuals
Must be 18 years or older
Must pass background check per WI Caregiver Law
