The Scheduler coordinates and oversees the assignment of visits for a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals. They monitor productivity, manage last-minute schedule changes, and ensure adherence to the established plan of care.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, though relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education. Candidates must be able to maintain all required competencies and trainings for the role.
M-F 8A-4:30P; every 4th weekend; holiday rotation The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the assigning and scheduling of visits for a multi-disciplinary team of Nurses, Therapists, Social Workers, and Home Health Aides for Tower Health at Home. Monitors productivity, missed visits, changes to the established schedule, and adherence to visit frequency established on the plan of care. The Scheduler must be adaptable to meet the daily challenges of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment using sound judgement and quick thinking to manage last-minute schedule changes, and health and weather emergencies.
