Since 1953, our organization has embraced change to create meaningful opportunities and support for individuals with Intellectual and or Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Our Mission: Lirio Resources equips individuals and families with support to participate fully in living, learning, working, and playing. Together, we are building a vibrant community for people of all abilities. Our Vision: In thriving communities, all people have equitable access to meaningful employment, affordable housing, and engaging activities. Vibrancy for all creates attachment, pride, and investment in a community. Having a physical or intellectual disability poses obstacles to equitable access. A community cannot truly thrive when segments of its population are excluded from accessing basic human needs. Our organization builds equitable access and rallies the community in the creation of a thriving community for all. Qualifications
