Assess, plan, and supervise nursing care for patients within the partial hospital program. Facilitate daily nursing groups and oversee medication administration according to departmental policy.
Requires an Associate's degree in nursing, a valid Minnesota RN license, and BLS certification. Candidates must have at least two years of RN experience, with pediatric or mental health experience preferred.

This is a Hybrid position that provides direct nursing support within the Lakeville and Roseville Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) locations while also supporting the Psychiatry and Developmental Pediatrics departments remotely through triage and care coordination. This position works collaboratively with providers, therapists, and support staff to ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care across multiple service lines.
include patient assessment, medication management, nursing interventions, patient and family education, care coordination, telephone triage, responding to patient concerns, reviewing clinical information, and supporting providers with clinical follow-up needs. The nurse must be able to effectively balance onsite patient care responsibilities with remote triage duties, prioritize urgent clinical needs, and communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and comfortable working independently while supporting multiple departments in a hybrid environment. Travel between the Lakeville and Roseville PHP locations is required.

Education: *Associates degree in nursing required
Required Experience: *Two years or more experience as an RN
Preferred Experience: *Experience in a pediatric-related setting *Two years or more experience in mental health
*Strong clinical skills with ability to exercise independent judgment, work autonomously, and exhibit high degree of professionalism *Education and experience providing gender, culture, and age appropriate care *Detail-oriented *Strong computer/electronic medical record skills *Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively *Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong understanding of child development, normal and atypical *Ability to develop rapport with wide variety of patients and families

When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.
In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
