Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with a preference for prior medical or orthopedic experience. Must possess strong communication skills and the physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Flexible and punctual with schedule adjustments. WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position operates in a clinical setting and involves direct patient care. The role may require exposure to bodily fluids, biohazardous materials, and infectious diseases. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required as appropriate. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The employee must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds independently and 100 pounds with assistance. Manual dexterity, visual acuity, and hearing ability are essential to perform job functions.
