Evaluate patients' physical abilities in a home setting to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions and educate patients and caregivers to improve mobility and independence.
Requires an active Texas Physical Therapist license and a graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings is preferred.
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas (TX) Professional liability insurance coverage specific to your TX Physical Therapy license Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings is preferred Strong ability to adapt care approaches to suit a variety of patient personalities and needs Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques and best practices Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor when educating and interacting with patients.
