Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Must have 1+ year recent MS RN experience (acute care) Must have previous MS, step down experience Must have Charge experience Must have Active KS Registered Nursing License Must have BLS certification Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
