The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care, including physical assessments and medication management for sub-acute and long-term patients. They will collaborate with healthcare teams and utilize EMR systems to maintain accurate patient records.
This is a rapidly growing post-acute Cardiology, Nephrology, and Pulmonology established practice.
Currently, we are looking to fill an immediate full-time position for a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join this dynamic practice. NP will work with sub-acute and long term patients with supervising Physicians in the Desoto region. We provide training, flexible schedules, full autonomy, and full clinical support.

Candidates must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license and a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing. BLS and ACLS certifications along with demonstrated experience in clinical assessments are required.
