The Intake Specialist manages the transition of individuals from incarceration to community stability through intake, enrollment, and case management. They coordinate behavioral health services, provide crisis intervention, and facilitate linkages to community care to reduce recidivism.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED with some college coursework in Behavioral Health and one year of related experience. Candidates must be at least 22 years old, possess a valid Arizona driver's license, and be eligible for fingerprint clearance.

The Intake Specialist is a specialty position working with adult individuals who have been released and are transitioning from incarceration. Position works as part of a multi-disciplinary team with the Pathways Program and the County Jail System to successfully transition persons from jail services to community stability. Requires interface with Correctional and legal system staff, individual client contact and service provision, case management, Community Outreach, service planning and coordination, crisis and behavioral health interventions/services, referral, and follow up. Position works as a partner to those served to ensure success and supports team processes.
Pay: $20-$21hourly
• Peer Certified preferred.
