Key Responsibilities: Perform patient intake, triage, and nursing assessments in an outpatient clinic setting. Develop and implement nursing care plans within the RN scope of practice. Administer nursing care and monitor patient response; escalate concerns appropriately. Maintain accurate, timely medical records in the EHR per clinic standards. Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and follow-up care. Coordinate with providers and clinic staff to ensure continuity of care and efficient clinic flow. Job qualifications & certifications: Active Registered Nurse licensure/registration as required for the assignment location. Current BLS/CPR as required by the client facility (if applicable). Outpatient/clinic experience and EHR proficiency preferred. Subject to client/solicitation onboarding requirements (licensure verification, background screening, and any required pre-placement documentation).
