How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead the coordination of multidisciplinary teams to ensure every patient receives a seamless, well-integrated care experience from admission to recovery. Create and adapt personalized patient care plans, continuously monitoring progress to ensure medical interventions are achieving the best possible health outcomes. Support the patient’s transition home by assessing and managing discharge needs, ensuring families are prepared and confident for the next stage of the healing journey. Execute physician and nursing orders with precision, maintaining a high standard of clinical excellence and safety in accordance with organizational protocols.

What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.

Education

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
