This position focuses on helping patients recover movement, reduce pain, rebuild strength, and return to daily life with better function. You will work in a setting where care is practical, hands-on, and centered on measurable progress. Job Details Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, depending on experience Schedule: 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office Clinic: PT-owned

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and identify treatment goals Design care plans for orthopedic and outpatient rehab needs Provide treatment that may include manual therapy, exercise, gait training, mobility work, and functional activities Help patients improve strength, motion, balance, and daily function Update plans of care based on progress and response Provide clear home exercise instruction Complete documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries Work with PTAs and staff to support consistent care Florida PT License required DPT or MSPT Degree required Outpatient experience preferred New graduates welcome Interest in orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation Strong communication and follow-through Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Flexible work schedule PT-owned clinic setting Build your next career step in a clinic that gives you space to treat with intention.
