Outpatient Physical Therapist Job Summary We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Delray Beach, FL. This position offers a manageable patient pace of 2 patients per hour, giving you the time to evaluate, treat, educate, and guide patients through meaningful recovery. What You Can Expect PT-owned outpatient orthopedic office Flexible schedule options 4-day workweek available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM option 2 patients per hour Salary range of $90,000–$110,000 per year Full benefits package

Responsibilities

Perform initial evaluations and reassessments Create treatment plans tailored to each patient’s condition and goals Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal cases in an outpatient setting Use therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, movement training, and patient education Monitor functional improvements and update plans of care Document visits accurately and on time Communicate with patients, providers, and team members as needed Supervise and guide PTAs when appropriate Current FL PT License Doctor of Physical Therapy or MSPT Degree Outpatient clinical experience preferred New grads encouraged to be considered Comfortable working with orthopedic patients Professional, organized, and patient-focused Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K with Company Match 3 weeks Paid Time Off Flexible schedule options PT-owned clinic culture Bring your orthopedic skills to a clinic built around quality care and career growth.
