Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and established care plans
• Monitor residents’ health status, vital signs, and symptoms, and document findings accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety and compliance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized care plans
• Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatments, and wellness strategies
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide necessary interventions
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care provided and resident progress

Skills and Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Proven experience in a long-term care or nursing facility setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
