We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual (English/Spanish) Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) to join our Drug and Alcohol Recovery Program located on 4th Street in Philadelphia, PA (19122). This position requires an active CRS certification and plays a vital role in supporting individuals throughout their recovery journey. - Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality recovery support services through both scheduled appointments and on-demand client interactions.
- Provide support for clients requiring higher levels of care, including assistance with reinstatement processes.
- Facilitate Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) groups on a consistent basis as assigned. Oversee and maintain the program’s Resource Room, ensuring it remains organized, accessible, and well-stocked.
- Support front desk and upper lobby operations, including coverage for early morning, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.
- Coordinate and maintain resource tables in the lobby, distribute educational materials, conduct surveys, and administer basic assessments.
- Skills & qualifications
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Supervisors, Counselors, and Case Managers regarding PIR needs, resource updates, and client care coordination.
- Possess the ability to engage, educate, and motivate resistant clients to participate in therapeutic services.
- Exhibit strong multitasking abilities and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Show adaptability and flexibility in responding to evolving program and client needs.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of program operations and organizational objectives.
Earn $19.68 per hour.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements
- A High School Diploma/GED
- Certified as a Recovery Specialist
- One (1) year experience working with persons in recovery (PIR) preferred
- In the last three (3) years maintained at least twelve (12) months of successful part-time paid or volunteer work experience or one (1) of post-secondary education experience totaling twenty-four (24) credit hours
- Candidates must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Candidate must be available to work full-time,
- Monday-Friday: 6:30
- AM -3:00 PM at our 4th Street location.
