The Pelvic Physical Therapist evaluates patients to develop and administer individualized therapeutic procedures in physical medicine and rehabilitation. They are responsible for documenting patient progress, educating families on recovery, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
Candidates must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid state Physical Therapist license. Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire, with 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting.
The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and administers therapeutic procedures in physical medicine and rehabilitation as prescribed by a referring physician. This role establishes individualized physical therapy goals, provides treatments, and regularly reassesses patient progress, documenting all findings accurately.
