Job Description

• Under the supervision of the physician or advanced practice clinician (NP or PA), performs Medical Assistant specific tasks, and assesses and educates patients. Education High School Diploma or GED required Training in specialty-specific assisting desired Experience One year of experience in a clinical setting Certification & Licensures BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart ‘Healthcare Provider’ (HCP) - AHA approved
• New hires must have American Heart Association (AHA) appropriate certification prior to completion of orientation.
