Provide professional, faith-integrated counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups while maintaining a minimum caseload of 15 clients per week. Manage all clinical documentation, treatment plans, and professional consultations under clinical supervision.
Must be a Registered Associate (AMFT or APCC) in good standing with the BBS and committed to the Christian faith. Requires the ability to integrate biblical principles into clinical practice and work at least two days per week.

The Associate Therapist provides professional, faith-integrated counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups under appropriate clinical supervision. The therapist works within the mission and values of the Bayside Counseling Center, integrating sound clinical practice.
Registered Associate (AMFT, or APCC) in good standing with the BBS. Commitment to Christian faith and the mission of the counseling center. Ability to integrate Christian principles and the Gospel into the counseling process when clinically appropriate. Maintain a minimum caseload of 15 clients per week. Ability to maintain an average session fee consistent with center expectations. Work a minimum of two days per week. Mission Alignment The Associate Therapist serves as both a clinician and a representative of Bayside Counseling Center's mission to provide compassionate, clinically sound, and Christ-centered counseling services that promote healing, growth, and restoration.
