Cambridge Caregivers is seeking compassionate and skilled PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our home health team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, working prn 12hr shifts 8a-8p every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, in the Dallas area, administer medications, and monitor ongoing health needs in accordance with each patient’s individualized care plan. Our RNs work independently in the field while collaborating closely with our clinical leadership team to ensure safe, high quality care.

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings
Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.)
Administer medications as ordered
Provide wound care, including dressing changes and monitoring healing
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and home care strategies
Provide palliative and comfortfocused care as needed
Respond to patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
Collaborate with clinical supervisors regarding changes in patient condition

Registered nurse requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
Current RN license in the state of employment
