The MRI Technologist operates imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for radiologist interpretation. Responsibilities include patient care, positioning, and executing proper imaging protocols while navigating EMR/PACS systems.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program. Required certifications include BLS and ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT eligibility within one year of hire.
$20,000 Sign on Bonus
The MRI Technologist cares for patients while operating equipment to produce high quality images for radiologist interpretation. In addition, the MRI Technologist is responsible for EMR/PACS navigation, general patient care, positioning patients, providing procedure information and executing proper imaging protocol/technique for all examinations. Complies with all regulatory requirements in providing safe and appropriate care.
