Provide paraprofessional home care and hospice services to clients following a care plan developed by a registered nurse. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and documenting client condition changes.
Requires a high school diploma, a valid CNA license in Michigan, and a current driver's license with reliable transportation. Candidates must have at least one year of experience as an aide in an institutional, home care, or hospice setting.

High School diploma or GED required. Completion of federally compliant training program as required by law/regulation and successful completion of a competency evaluation program. Licensed CNA within the State of Michigan Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site. Documentation of one year’s employment as an aide in an institution, home care, or hospice setting. Meets agency hiring criteria as defined in agency minimum standards (e.g. provision of professional references.) Must accept responsibility for maintaining skills, learning, and adhering to agencies policies and procedures on an on-going basis.
