Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and provide medication management for individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and ensure continuity of care.
Requires a Master's Degree in Nursing, a current Kansas APRN license, and NP certification. Preferred candidates have PMHNP or FNP certification and at least two years of experience in addiction medicine or behavioral health.
Join a Team That's Changing Lives LifeSpring Recovery Center, in partnership with Ascension Recovery Services (ARS), is preparing to open a new state-of-the-art substance use disorder treatment facility in Andover, Kansas. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team and provide high-quality medical care for individuals recovering from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a premier recovery program while working alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Required Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program. Current, unrestricted Kansas Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license. Current Nurse Practitioner certification. DEA registration or eligibility to obtain. Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Preferred Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification. Two (2) or more years of experience in addiction medicine, behavioral health, psychiatry, primary care, or related settings. Experience with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), detoxification services, and co-occurring disorders. Familiarity with ASAM criteria and substance use disorder treatment best practices.
