Provide one-on-one nursing care for pediatric and young adult patients within their homes. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families while avoiding hospital environments.
Must possess a current and active LPN or RN license. Pediatric experience is preferred, but training is provided for those with a passion for patient-centered care.
