About the role

Provide behavioral health consultation, biopsychosocial assessments, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to adults. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and link clients to community resources.

Licensed therapist – psychosocial rehabilitation – allhealth network

At AllHealth Network, compassion isn’t just a value — it’s the foundation of everything we do. We believe people do their best work when they feel supported, respected, and trusted. Our Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) teams work collaboratively to help adults experiencing significant life stressors build the skills and supports needed to live meaningful, self‑directed lives.

As a PSR Therapist, you’ll be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence‑based services that promote recovery, independence, and community integration. You’ll work with adults facing behavioral health challenges by providing therapy, education, skill development, and connection to essential supports — helping clients strengthen their capacity to manage daily life and achieve personal recovery goals.

This role offers the opportunity to build long‑term therapeutic relationships while delivering structured, goal‑oriented services that address social, emotional, behavioral, and functional needs.

What you’ll do

Provide behavioral health consultation, biopsychosocial assessment, counseling, and evidence‑based therapeutic interventions to individuals and groups using strength‑based and recovery‑oriented models.

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, evaluations, crisis intervention, and psychotherapy services for adults with mental and behavioral health needs.

Administer standardized screening tools to identify behavioral health and substance use concerns.

Support clients with symptom reduction related to anxiety, depression, trauma‑related symptoms, insomnia, stress management, and emotional dysregulation.

Utilize evidence‑based treatment approaches such as CBT, solution‑focused therapy, behavioral activation, harm reduction, motivational interviewing, and health psychology.

Provide integrated care for individuals managing chronic physical health conditions alongside behavioral, cognitive, or social challenges.

Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to address social determinants of health, basic needs, and barriers impacting treatment outcomes.

Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and measurable recovery goals.

Link clients to case management services, community resources, and natural supports to enhance stability and independence.

Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically appropriate documentation in the electronic health record.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review caseloads, treatment progress, and clinical recommendations.

What you bring

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a clinical behavioral health setting.

LPC, LCSW, LMFT required

Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic engagement skills with diverse populations.

Working knowledge of DSM‑5 and recovery‑oriented, trauma‑informed care principles.

Experience utilizing evidence‑based counseling models aligned with client needs and treatment goals.

Proficiency with electronic health records and PC‑based applications including Word and Excel.

Strong written and verbal communication, sound clinical judgment, effective problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.

Why you’ll love working here

A culture rooted in compassion, care, and integrity, where clinicians are valued as people first.

Strong work-life balance supported by flexible scheduling options and manageable caseloads.

The autonomy to shape your work, with leadership that trusts your professional judgment.

Regular supervision and consultation opportunities with experienced clinicians and leaders.

Clear paths for professional growth through continuing education, mentorship, and leadership development.

A comprehensive benefits package and a supportive environment where your voice matters.

The opportunity to serve a diverse and high-impact population, making a real difference every day in the lives of individuals, families, and our community.

Market context

Colorado behavioral health internships are competitive

In Colorado, behavioral-health practicum and internship roles often draw steady interest from students preparing for licensure, especially in mental health and substance use treatment settings. These positions are competitive because employers look for candidates who are already enrolled in a qualifying master’s program, eligible for placement, and ready to learn under licensed supervision. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to save research time, then confirm your program’s placement rules and tailor your application to your licensure goals.
