Requires an APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program and board certification or eligibility. Must hold an active, unobstructed Utah medical license and BLS certification.

You’ll work with a collaborative team dedicated to providing high‑quality care and an excellent patient experience. The current team includes 1 physician and 3 APPs.
